Thor was amazing! Really relaxing massage and very nice guy! Even showed me stretches and exercises to do to help my posture. Definitely recommend!
PSA: Treatments covered by insurance need a prescription to be properly covered! Instead of emailing me in the several days between booking and appointment time to let me know this, it was the first thing out of their mouths when I arrived. I would have been able to avoid the cancellation fee if notified immediately, but leaving it until the moment of felt intentional. I have seen multiple therapists at Urban Massage and everyone is great. Most recently I have been seeing Mike for rapid NFR. It hurts but it works! Reception staff are really friendly. I highly recommend Urban Massage!
