My husband Niclas, and I, as well as our daughter Vanessa and her husband Rob, recently purchased several items of furniture at Urban Manor on Dundas St. in Mississauga: a gorgeous leather sectional with 2 built in recliners, a very sleek black leather sofa, also with 2 built in recliners and a glass coffee table. Mr. Singh will provide answers to any questions in mind regarding their product. Bobby is professional, knowledgeable, and provided me the assurance that we will receive our furniture on a promise date of delivery. I found this store while searching online and comparing bedroom furniture. They have been in business for ~ 28yrs. The customer service by Ron was nice, he didn't hound you yet offered professional advice and was available for any questions we had. Yes we ended up purchasing two dressers and two end tables, and by comparison feel we got a good deal on amazing furniture! White glove delivery part of the deal. Arrives in 8 weeks! Yay!
We bought beautiful chairs here. And received excellent service from Bobby. He is a rare breed. Trustworthy! He’s also passionate about what he does. Great place to buy furniture because of who you are buying from. Bobby = complete peace of mind.
Found Urban Manor on the web as they sold Indigo Leather Furniture imported from Italy. Needed a matching couch to complete a room. Contacted the store and Bobby was the sales person. He confirmed the store had what I was looking for and we started the process of purchase with free delivery in Canada. Received our couch in perfect condition - delivery from Ontario to Summerland, BC. There was a hiccup with the stores delivery people.
