I’ve been seeing Jordan for myotherapy sessions and attending her strength class once a week. She is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive, with an approachable but professional manner. I’ve never attended a strength session with someone who has both strength training and muscular skeletal/anatomical knowledge, and she’s pinpointed exactly where I need to focus on to fix my imbalances, rehabilitate, and prevent further injury. Highly recommend Jordan and Urban Leopard for its friendly and approachable space.
I've been to Urban Leopard several times for myotherapy and cannot rave highly enough about the people who work here. Jess is a highly competent myotherapists who customises her treatment specific to your issue and what you are experiencing that day. She is professional, respectful and empathetic. I am so happy I found Urban Leopard, it's such a gem!
I have been seeing Jordan for a few months and have noticed so much progress from the first session. The personalized approach to my recovery and optimization of my movement through exercises (all explained in person and with video guidance for future reference) is really awesome. Super friendly therapists and clinic gym space.
I attend strength classes at Urban Leopard and they are brilliant. I'm hypermobile, and prone to injury because of it, so it's difficult to find suitable fitness classes. The instructors at Urban Leopard are really attentive and knowledgeable, and great at correcting my form with an understanding of my individual needs.
Jordan is very knowledgeable and is so focused on getting the best end results. I have been getting stronger and making progress and am hopeful that my chronic plantar fasciitis will improve.
