Jess is amazing. She managed to turn the two concrete slabs that are my calves into something resembling a muscle again. My quads too. She’s the best myo I’ve ever seen by far. Worth every dollar and more. Thank you Jess!
I feel amazing after my Myotherapy appointment this afternoon. With each visit I am making progress and seeing results. The treatment and exercises I have been given at Urban Leopard are different to what I have been given elsewhere in the past so I am optimistic about the outcome.
Urban Leopard, and in particular Jess, was recommended by a friend with a similar hip issue. I've seen her a few times now and in each session she has been able to pinpoint the exact areas that need attention. I've been to a few myotherapists over the years and Jess is definitely one of the best. I has urban leopard recommended by a friend and am sorry I didn't try earlier. My treatment with Moyan was excellent and the strengthening exercising were just what I needed. I now continue to attend strengthening classes.
