Urban Leopard, and in particular Jess, was recommended by a friend with a similar hip issue. I've seen her a few times now and in each session she has been able to pinpoint the exact areas that need attention. I've been to a few myotherapists over the years and Jess is definitely one of the best. I has urban leopard recommended by a friend and am sorry I didn't try earlier. My treatment with Moyan was excellent and the strengthening exercising were just what I needed. I now continue to attend strengthening classes.

Urban Leopard is an amazing setup for Myotherapy and follow-up exercises/strength training. The knowledge base of the therapists here is both wide and deep. I always feel I am in good hands. I've been several times and seen different myotherapists - they've all been fantastic. Really thorough, focusing on what was going (achilles tendons, legs, back). Excellent treatment and advice.
