I’ve been seeing Jess for myotherapy treatment from Urban Leopard in Brunswick for a couple of years, who was recommended by a family member. Jess has been fantastic - has got me up and running again, literally, which I didn’t think would happen. Highly recommend.
I have been very impressed with the level of knowledge and understanding of my back and hip problem and associated treatment. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Urban Leopard is a warm and welcoming place in Brunswick for fitness and Myotherapy. It is such a brilliant idea to pair Myotherapy with strength training to create a personalised approach to body wellness in a community setting. The trainers and practitioners are tuned in and caring and fellow clients are down to earth. Great natural light, tunes and positive atmosphere towards the body and life. (And great location with easy parking!!!)
Fantastic myo experience at Urban Leopard, Jordan helped successfully treat a shoulder pain no-one else had been able to, and gave me functional stretches and exercises to maintain.
Jordan runs an excellent strength and conditioning class! With expert instruction and focusing on quality movement, you leave feeling both supported and confident.
