Based on the positive reviews, I was looking forward to getting my taxes done here. I showed up early for my appointment, there's no reception area so I sat in the waiting room inside the entrance. I could see that she was currently with a client in her office area. So I waited. And I waited. And I waited. At first they were very responsive by email, until they got information needed to access my CRA. Since then it’s been multiple unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls, and it’s been weeks. Feeling very uneasy with the information that was given. Went to them based off of previous reviews but I can not recommend them.
Tatiana is efficient, professional and patient. She helps simplify the tax filing process, which I appreciate. I recommend her services.
