Terrible experience. Significant delays and had to keep chasing them for updates on delivery of a large purchase for office furniture and never got an accurate estimated delivery date. Paid for assembly and cleanup and the people refused to assemble everything, didn’t clean up after themselves and assembled desk in wrong position. Tried to get out of doing assembly at every turn. Terrible experience won’t ever use this business again. Have used many times in the past but never again.

Before you read my review, just know that Urbanhyve have been absolutely amazing. In particular Paul, you were so good to us and we really appreciate your help. I started off buying 2 sunlounges for our pool area and I knew they were a pre-order item. Urbanhyve kept me in the loop as to when they would be delivered which is a definite nice touch.
