Manuel was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions, delivery was on time when we were told it would be. He was courteous and pleasant. I would recommend urban hot tubs and leisure, absolutely love our tub. He did not try and sell us supplies that were not needed but did explain clearly what needed to be done to prepare it for first use. Thank you again Manuel!!!
Manu knows his stuff, I needed help a few times and was always available asap! Phone or a drive out to see the tub him self, didn't know that quality of service still existed, usually it's here's a 1800 number and good luck
Outstanding service! manny was punctual and went over and above to provide quality service and continues to respond to any questions I have. Perfect delivery and follow up tutorials. Thank you!
Awesome service, knowledgeable. Great atmosphere.
Guys were great for delivery and install
