Have been seeing Kristen for occupational therapy for a long time now and she has always helped immensely with aches, pains and soft tissue problems. Also had exercise physiology for an injury which helped immensely. Highly recommended, professional and friendly service.
Kristen was great, I’m only on my second visit and my wrist/shoulder issues are already beginning to resolve after what feels like an age of debilitating pain. You don’t get anything for nothing with her though; she’ll make you work for it and that’s awesome. Very happy I was introduced.
I first saw Kristen six years ago at her previous practice for hip bursitis, and after just six weeks, I was fully healed. I was so impressed with her expertise that I followed her to Urban HQ, and since then I’ve visited her on and off for neck, back, hips, shoulders, and ankles—and every single time I’ve experienced relief and success.
