Tried out Urban Healing for a couple of massages. They have RMT's and a physio. Seen Stephen Clarke ($138.00 for 60 min); good pressure and he massaged the specific areas I requested. Downside was both treatments were only 50 min (late start, early end). 3.5 stars.
Has been a great place to get a massage especially in my line of work. Very calming atmosphere and love that it’s close to home.
Appointment only but solid place for treatments.
