I’ve been coming here every month for over a year so when I tell you this place is the best, believe me. Lisa and Ryan are both fantastic massage therapists; their intuition and ability to find those pesky aching spots by simply listening to the body will never cease to amaze me. I always leave feeling 20x better than I did walking in, and for that, I am so grateful this place exists.
Came here for the first time last night for a yoga class with Hannah C. She was amazing at providing instruction and offering choices for those who aren't able to do traditional poses. The space is very calming, albeit a little tight. But the class was fantastic and I would definitely go back.

It is a truly magical place 🥰. It’s very hip and innovative, it’s in the middle of live action Sometimes things happen that you can’t control if you stay on the right side of it, it can be a truly glorious experience.
