The massage therapist was Tikeisha she was amazing me and my wife have had several massages in and out of the country and hands down this was the best I ever experienced from the great stretching to the working on trouble areas it was great I recommend this establishment 100% friendly staff as well
I was a member at Urban Haven for eight months and discontinued my membership because of the increasingly unpalatable business practices by the owner, Erin. I originally signed up for a pass that gave me unlimited access to yoga and the cold plunge/sauna. The price was very fair for the services I was using, which made it easier to be patient with the myriad of technical issues and service interruptions.
