Kaitlin is the best!! having received multiple facials from her it is always the best experience. She goes out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and gets to know your skin needs to order to give you the best facial. I always leave feeling relaxed and my skin glowing. Kaitlin is so kind and is always a delight to receive services from I can not recommend her enough.

I had a customized facial for the first time with Kaitlin at urban glow and I have to say it was one of the best, if not the best Facial I have ever had. You can tell that Kaitlin really cares and is passionate for her craft. The way that she thoughtfully Planned each part of my facial, I left feeling very refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend a facial With Kaitlin at urban glow beauty! I’m excited to try some other services that they offer, but I will definitely be returning for a facial.
I was there today for a scalp massage. If you haven’t been there yet, you are missing something. Kaitlin has magic hands and the place is so peaceful, it’s unbelievable. I will book another appointment for sure
