I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my mother recently received at your store. She had an extremely disappointing experience due to a mistake made by one of your associates, who canceled the wrong order. As a result, when she arrived to pick up her furniture, she was required to pay an additional fee for the corrected order—an error that was entirely not her fault. Fron the minute I walked into the store, the salesperson, Nicole, in the Dover, De location, was exceptional to the manager, to my delivery, everything was fantastic and on time. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants the best for their money. My bed frame was perfect It was a very pleasurable experience.
