I love Urban Forge and the custom pieces they made for me! Everyone that I dealt with was so responsive and professional. I now have 5 beautiful, hand-made pieces that I will cherish forever (and already have plans for another piece!).
We ordered a bed frame online and are very pleased with the quality and service. It takes time to make built-to-order pieces, so as long as you're aware of the timeline, I wouldn't hesitate! It's so much better to support American craftsmen than order from a large brand that manufactures overseas.
