From design through to delivery and sign off working with Urban has been very very hard work. They send us plans to review, we ask for changes to be made and they send revised plans but haven't made the changes. We have seen over 10 revisions for a small project and if they had made the changes we requested it's likely there would have been only 3 or 4 revisions to review. The above is one of many unnecessary time consuming issues we experienced. Would we use Urban again? Absolutely not!
