Urban Escape Vehicles made our North Carolina mountain exploration so enjoyable. The owner, Melody, provided us with exceptional customer service and support during our trip. The campervan was easy to operate and extremely comfortable, making it our cozy home on wheels. Smokemont Campground, in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, provided a stunning backdrop for our adventure. The van exceeded expectations. Honestly you will probably want to buy one when your done. I'm 6ft 2 and had no problems getting around in the van. Van was stocked with all the necessity... pots and pans, silverware, soap, towels, toilet paper, to name a few. Very thankful for Melody, she had great communication and made booking, pick up /drop off, and understanding how to operate the van a breeze. I will definitely be a returning customer.

If you have ever wanted to rent a reliable tricked out van for a #vanlife adventure, this is the right company for you. My husband and I took the Travato for a week to the Florida Gulf Coast and camped along the state campground beaches. This van was perfect for all of our needs. Good storage, comfy sleeping, easy pack and go for paddleboards and bikes. Even I could drive it with ease and delight. My wife and I rented the 2021 Promaster. The rental process was fairly easy and they were very responsive. They were also helpful in suggesting places to visit and camp around Asheville and the Blue Ridge mountains. The van was equipped with the basic items that would be needed to ‘clamp’. The bed was very comfortable and large enough for us (5’7 and 5’2). The refrigerator had enough room for our 4 days of prepared food that we had brought. It was an awesome experience renting a van from Melody. Her instructions were very detail oriented. The van was amazing and we felt very well prepared and supported for our entire trip. Will definitely rent again. The Boldt is well worth the extra price.Nice and comfy. The Mercedes van is very easy to drive.
