Always stay at this hotel and use the pool. Water a little cooler than before but jacuzzi nice and warm. Staff absolutely lovely, welcoming and professional. Love it😀
Yvette and her team are so welcoming and professional customer service is amazing nothing is every to much trouble. Pool,gym,hot tub and steam it's a great place to unwind after work and days off. Membership prices are so reasonable. Beauty treatments are amazing fresh towels parking discounts on food drink included. Centrally located in the heart of nottingham. Well done urban escape team you are a credit to your company. Keep up the great work.
