Recently we needed help with our leather couch. The foot end of my electric side end of my couch quit working. A very professional and very nice gentleman showed up and fixed it for us. Urban decor stands behind their products and has excellent business ethics. Thank you!
Worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Expensive furniture with poor quality. Within months of purchase of a dining set the bench was wobbly. It took over a year fighting with them to help, hours and hours on the phone and countless emails. After finally picking out chairs to replace it since the manufacturer “went out of business” so they couldn’t repair the bench they told me it would be 3-4 weeks and the new ones would be in. After 8 weeks I contacted them and the chairs had miraculously just came in the day before! But ... read more
