Ash did a great job repairing my bike at Urban Cycology. He replaced the cassette and brakes and got everything running smoothly again. The bike came back looking brand new and feels much safer to ride now. He was really clear in explaining what needed doing and the service was professional. I’d definitely come back here and recommend to others!
Amazing and friendly service, absolutely love my bike! Will definitely come back for a service and recommend it to my friends and family too. I went in with almost no road bike knowledge but Ash helped me find my frame size, showed me the basics and allowed me to test drive the bikes around the street.

I recently bought a bike and had a brilliant experience. Ash really took the time to help me go through the options and find the best option for me. The price was fair and the bike in excellent condition.
It was a super quick service, my bike was serviced very well, Ash was a great communicator, and listened to what I wanted/needed. Didn't judge me for not talking bike language (I did at another place, the one I obviously didn't choose). Prices are fair. A service can be booked, but there is flexibility depending on your conversation and Ash's assessment. He was very kind and helped me with delivery, I had a bad knee, and he accommodated things to what was best. I will definitely stay as Client and recommend his services.
