Excellent service have to be honest, Ash was super helpful my bike was stolen and he literally went out of their way to help me find the bike I want and helped me to set up with a warranty and option to refund which is great. Went all the way to Essex to find me a specialised exactly like the one that stolen great shop honest guys highly recommend lots of good bikes and great service.
Ash did a great job repairing my bike at Urban Cycology. He replaced the cassette and brakes and got everything running smoothly again. The bike came back looking brand new and feels much safer to ride now. He was really clear in explaining what needed doing and the service was professional. I’d definitely come back here and recommend to others!
Couldn’t recommend Ash and the Cyclology team more!! I had been looking for a quality second hand road bike for ages and kept finding crappy ones. As soon as I chatted to Ash I knew it was going to be a great experience. He spent a lot of time with me figuring out the right bike and fit, I tried about 6-8 bikes. they have an incredible selection and they are all really well maintained!! Super happy with the experience and the value - highly recommend.
