First time visiting Boston, and Charles was a fantastic guide! He had a great knowledge of the history and the ride itself was very easy. A great way to start a tour of the city and get ideas.
Three times they wanted me to pay for their mistakes. Unfortunately, I'm left with a bike in worse condition after bringing it in and spending $210. Cannot recommend.
