Our new sofa and coffee table look incredible in our home. The quality is exceptional, and the delivery team was professional, careful, and right on schedule. We couldn't be happier.

I am sure that your family members were so appreciative and grateful for the store staying opened more than 30 minutes past closing time to accommodate them, only to have them return everything. Oh wait, you failed to mention that in your review. I have never had anything but excellent service at Urban Cottage, and from the sounds of all the other reviews, your family is definitely in the minority. Maybe that’s where the problem lies, not with the store employees.
On 5/27/2026 Holly and Nancy were rude to my wife causing our entire family to return their purchases and discontinuing shopping there. Our extended family comes annually and shops there, but no more. Would not recommend shopping there.
