horrible, went in looking for a bed on monday and we purchased one because the lady said it’d be ready tuesday or wednesday, we call wednesday and they tell us it’ll be ready friday, friday comes and we get told it’s not there yet that it’d get there monday😡 i go monday to pick up and they say it won’t get there until later, how disappointing!! we only agreed to buy the bed because we needed it asap and the lady said it would get there wednesday now it’s been a week, don’t shop here
The store looks clean and organized and the staff are very nice and friendly. Fatima went the extra mile showing us different catalogs and was very helpful
Very professional! John is the master of mattress, and furniture, he has a really good taste. If you’re looking for furniture, ask for John. He’s the one.
I love Furniture Outlet way better than Sakura Paper because I can stay on I-5 North when I wanna see the city of Commerce.
