Horrible. Do more damage than they fix and have horrible customer service skills. Just came from a viral video on TikTok where the girl recorded how the owner treated her after ruining her camera. She had all the proof from drop off to pick up. Glad I saw it because I will never do business with you.
DO NOT give these people your business. They absolutely ruined my phone. I’ve attached pictures for reference. I brought in my IPhone 15 Pro Max to get the glass on the back fixed. I had such high hopes because they seemed so nice and trusting. During drop off, his employee opened my phone, went through every app I had, and verified in front of my face that there was NO damage to the phone itself.
