I have been a customer of urban Body Olton for over 15 months and will continue with the excellent support and treatments they provide. I have received physiotherapy to maintain muscle and bone movement. I am involved in a wide range of sports Badminton cycling Walking football and recently Paddle boarding. On the off-chance, I walked into Urban Body today and asked if I could consult a physiotherapist. In no time I was seen by a member of staff. I was given a comprehensive examination and, for the first time in years, received an explanation of why my spine was pushing my upper body to one side. The treatment that was necessary was also explained to me. Now just one session from the formal programme to complete, although I will be coming back from time to time for a top-up. I've attended physio sessions for more than a year following a couple of back injuries. I've always been treated well, I have been given a range of home exercises to back up the massage sessions. I'm mostly free of pain now so I'm taking a break, but I would certainly return to Urban Body if I felt I needed more treatment.
