Do not have treatment with them as they will harras you for money and cancel your sessions without your consent. Urban body do not know how to be a professional business. They clearly do not understand that it is unprofessional to ask for further payment for sessions already paid for and when I pointed this out and did not allow them to walk all over me they quickly confirmed I was right and that my sessions could go ahead. The physios are kind and knowledgeable, the reception team are welcoming, organized and flexible. My daughter is having Neubie therapy and hyperbaric oxygen to treat FND, the results have been totally life changing for her. Improvement from the first session and after 6 "reset" sessions all the neurological symptoms have gone. No seizures, no paralysis, no overwhelming fatigue, no longer bothered by heat and noise. I used Urban Body to help with a long standing shoulder problem. After 5 sessions with the physio and following a simple on-line exercise routine set up for me, I was discharged and have had no further problems. I still use the warm ups they suggested before sports and the gym. The premises are nice, helpful staff and a lot of expertise on tap. I won’t be going anywhere else.
