EDIT: This place scammed me for over $9000 in unused treatments. The owner Janiece and Nicola pressured, pushed me and took advantage with shady sales of packages (that are crazy expensive) and then they shut their doors a couple months later! No communication from the owner just a sign on the door saying the business is shut down. The owner stole 9k from me and thousands more from all her loyal clients.

Scarlett carefully analyzed my skin and helped me understand my skin type much better. I really appreciated that she didn’t recommend unnecessary treatments and only suggested what my skin actually needed. She also recommended skincare products that were well suited to my skin type, which made me feel confident in the treatment plan. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend both Scarlett and the clinic🥰
Had my first laser hair removal session with Nicola and wish I did this sooner! So happy with my results so far and am excited to finish all my appointments at urban body laser. EDIT: have been recently seeing Scarlett for my photofacials and laser hair removal at urban body laser. She is so sweet, gentle and very knowledgeable about my treatments. Very happy with my results :)
