I had such a great experience at Urban Body Laser! From the moment I booked in with Julie at reception, she was so friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about the different treatments and products the clinic offers. Dr. Zay did my treatment for Dysport and took the time to explain the different types of neurotoxins and how each one works, which I really appreciated. She also provided thoughtful recommendations for future treatments. I felt comfortable, well-informed, and cared for the entire visit. Highly recommend!
