I had a wonderful shopping experience at Urban Behaviour! As someone who's a bit older, I was pleasantly surprised by how trendy and stylish their clothes are, perfectly suited for my age. The customer service was exceptional—every staff member was incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Customer service is horrible, almost all the workers are extremely rude.
I am 65 & it’s always not easy for me to shop in a trendy store for the young like Urban behaviour @square 1 While waiting for my daughters, I went in & started browsing in the store when I saw the BOGO sale. I went to Gemma who was busy working & needs to bring out all merchandise from the box. She was so kind to help me find a size & style I was looking for. Definitely going back, my husband & my 2 daughters love the outfits I bought. I look young & trendy. Thank you Gemma for your help! Greatly appreciated
