I shop Urban barn Windsor often. Always a friendly greeting as I walk through the door. A shout out to Wassan for helping me choose the most beautiful things for my bedroom this week. Thank you Wassan for your patience, and for allowing me to practically tear the store apart to make the perfect decisions. I truly felt like Wassan wanted me to be fully happy with my choices, and even asked for pics of the final product!
Bought a beautiful duvet that was on sale this week. Had a lovely woman wait on me and also picked more items. Beautiful store with much to choose from. Everyone so accommodating.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Urban Barn over their policy. I purchased a side table that I was going to put in my Grand Cherokee. I was told that they could not help me with putting it in my car since they could not leave and do any lifting regardless of its size. They put it on hold and I came back the next day with a friend in his van. They told me it was in the store at the back door but we would have to come in get it and put it in his van.
