We bought a floor model couch and a cushion was missing. The company was not helpful and will do nothing for us because it was a floor model. They won’t assist us in replacing it and there is no option for purchasing a new one. They have been terrible to deal with, taking long periods between responses. This is not the first couch we have purchased there but it will be our last.
We have bought a number of pieces for our home in Walkerville, Each piece elevates our home. I love that it is Canadian made and such a high-quality The staff is Amazing and always on hand to make suggestions if you ask. Just a beautiful place to shop to help make your home beautiful.
