First of all I had to exchange the first pair of lamps ( not tall enough) and so easy. The gal waiting on me asked me several questions like how tall were the night tables we tried several different styles..she was so patient! Settled on the Lucas lamps and love them. Urban Barn is great!

Unfortunately the class was quite rudimentary. The 2 trees displayed were not fully decorated and when asked why was told there weren’t enough decorations ?? I saw opportunities for a more creative seminar and looked for fresh new looks. Printed pictures were past trends. Disappointed unfortunately. So many other things could have been done. Perhaps the spring session will be more informative.
Very unfriendly. You need to come in a dress suit to be not sent to Amazon.
Arlene was very helpful to me when I visited this branch. Very informative when it comes to what to buy and finding the items I saw on their website that I wanted to buy in-store. Very warm and friendly to talk to. Looking forward to visiting this branch again even if it was too far from my place. Worth the drive.
