Arlene was very helpful to me when I visited this branch. Very informative when it comes to what to buy and finding the items I saw on their website that I wanted to buy in-store. Very warm and friendly to talk to. Looking forward to visiting this branch again even if it was too far from my place. Worth the drive.
I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Urban Barn yesterday while looking for pieces to furnish my son’s fiancée’s bridal suite. From the moment I walked in, I felt so well taken care of. Angela, the manager, was incredibly accommodating—she went out of her way to help, even allowing me to purchase floor items, which made the whole process so much easier and more exciting. This review is for Connor - he was the only person out of 4 staff that helped us during our visit today. We spent a good 10-15 minutes there. I walked by a tall brunette employee and she didn’t even acknowledge me when I smiled at her…? It was very odd and unexpectedly cold behaviour. I recently purchased a $800 coffee table from this place , and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Within just a few weeks, the edges started cracking, and now the wood is actually splitting in half! It’s clear that the materials used are cheap and not durable at all. For the price I paid, I expected a sturdy, well-made table—not something that falls apart after minimal use.
