Lovely store and products. Train Yards location - somewhat difficult to find though.
Good service, great product
My husband and I recently moved into our first home and needed some new living room furniture and we knew we love everything at Urban Barn! Stacy was super knowledgeable about all the products we were looking at and helped us find exactly what we needed. We love our new furniture and will definitely be going back for more. Thanks, Stacy!
Poor customer service, they do not care about their customers. Ordered a coffee table and when I opened the package the table was damaged. Called customer service, agreed to a 15% coupon for the store and only received a 15% coupon off the ticket price of the table. This is NOT what I agreed to. Very disappointed and even more disgusted when I tried calling to correct the issue. I was ignored!! I would AVOID Urban Barn and find another reputable furniture store.
As always I was greeted with a smile, went in for curtains ended up purchasing a couch as well. Staff was very helpful.
