I ordered lamp online then told shipping for $135.59 lamp will be $99.00 to ship. I found agent on phone rude. I had to open up PayPal case to get my money back. Not a recommended place to shop. I will not be back.

Waited all day for delivery and was told it'd be delivered. Nothing showed up and no one called. Pricey furniture and no delivery. Classy. Update: It's been a week of calling urban barn and no one has any idea what's going on or where the order is. Never again. What a joke!!

I was the first customer at 10am and you would expect the sales associates to be annoyed by me, but both ladies were smiling, positive, helpful, informative and professional. Big difference when you compare this store to their Oakville location! They were very polite on the phone, kindly put aside a clearance item for me without any attitude (I was looking for a large bowl and they were all scratched in Oakville so I figured I’d try this location).
