First time dealing with urban barn. Staff was so helpful and courteous and no pressure. Just wanted to help us with design and selection. We will be back for more.
My wife and I placed a fairly large order of furniture and decor from this location when we bought our new house. The staff, especially Wayne, was extraordinarily helpful throughout the process from beginning to end, including helping to resolve some minor delivery snags. And the furniture and decor is beautiful, we love it. Many thanks to Wayne, the store manager David, and the rest of the team.
I had been looking for decorative cushions for a while, both online and in stores. I finally found what I wanted at Urban Barn. The quality is great and so was the price!
The Staff was very helpful and accommodating at the South Surrey location. David went out of his way to help me put together a beautiful arrangement of flowers.
