Would have given zero stars, but it was not an option. 1st visit. On Sept 25th, visited store to find a table or sofa. Manager and associates were mesmerized in greeting the Manager's friend who had just entered the store after me. Manager yelled across the store "Merry Christmas" even though it was Sept 25th. Guess, giving thanks (Thanksgiving) or remembering our Veterans (Remembrance Day) does not exist in this store. We just gloss right over from Summer right into Christmas season. Great variety, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff!!!
Please don't buy from here I just bought a bed, pay fro white glove delivery 199.00 and the bed have a broken metal leg. The store told me no problem call this no. I call the number I spoke with Andrea Vazquez team lead(escalation) and told me the don't have any more legs and the I should go myself to a welding place and have it welded. This is not the kind of costumer service the we want. I bought several furniture from there NOT A SINGLE MORE
Avoid. We asked to go to the warehouse to make sure the surface finish is what we want before we pay and they ship it for us. The refused saying that even though there’s huge variation in surface finish, AND they have a few tables in the warehouse, they would not let us pick and choose. Basically they want to deceive you into buying some inferior product and if you’re unhappy, 15% restocking fee. Other reviews also talk about poor customer service.
