Urban Barn Richmondhill is an incredible store. Anna went above and beyond to make sure I got my lamps, and her customer service was beyond phenomenal. The store is so clean and the staff is amazing. Five stars all around.
We love this Urban Barn. We have got so many items from here including our sofa, dining table, lights and decor. The staff is very helpful (not pushy), and they have really good deals!
As someone who shops here pretty often, I've noticed there's been a lot of new faces lately. Honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of it. The newer staff don't seem to know as much as some of the employees who have been here longer, and I've always found the older staff more pleasant to deal with. The store also never seems that busy, so why there are so many new employees? On weekends especially, I’ve had different employees ask if I need help or if I'm okay while shopping.
