I purchased this table online at a great sale price. I was notified the next day they could not fulfill it. I thought it sold out but the table is still available and the price has gone up so obviously urban barn is choosing not to honour and ship at the price I purchased it at. Terrible experience.

I am so disappointed with Urban Barn’s customer service. Every time I shop here, there seems to be an issue with their system—this time with gift cards. Their gift card system never seems to work properly, and instead of finding a solution or making it easier for the customer, the staff make it feel like an inconvenience. Shopping here has been frustrating instead of enjoyable. For a store that positions itself as a higher-end retailer, I expected much better service and reliability.

Great experience with Kassaundra. I had spoken to her on the phone a few weeks ago and she got me set up with what I needed. I went into the store yesterday and when I spoke to her, she remembered me right away and was able to help me out efficiently. There is a backorder on the product that I bought but I look forward to receiving it when it's back in stock.
