I purchased a Braxton sectional from Urban Barn in December 2012. The original brochure provided at the time of sale lists FRAME, SPRINGS/WEBBING, FOAM SEAT AND BACK, and FEATHER WRAP FOAM CORE as covered by a “Lifetime” warranty. I opened a warranty case on December 22, 2025 after the sectional developed structural and cushion failures. Love shopping Urban Barn, helpful and pleasant staff. Bought a door mat which will be used once snow leaves us for the season and an artificial plant which goes perfectly in ceramic flower pot. Previously purchased.
