I felt very disappointed for the customer service for the refund. I had paid over $6000 the furnitures for my bedrooms, but request for the exchange for the nightstands due to size issue. Since the new nightstands valued less than the old ones, there were a few hundreds bucks back to me via cheque. I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at Urban Barn, specifically with Naz. We initially visited the store to purchase home furniture, and a week later Naz followed up with me about a 15% discount which I appreciated. I told her I could come in at 6:30 PM, and she mentioned her shift ends at 6:00 PM. I offered to come another day, but she insisted I come the same day. I purchased a Braxton sectional from Urban Barn in December 2012. The original brochure provided at the time of sale lists FRAME, SPRINGS/WEBBING, FOAM SEAT AND BACK, and FEATHER WRAP FOAM CORE as covered by a “Lifetime” warranty. I opened a warranty case on December 22, 2025 after the sectional developed structural and cushion failures.
