If you return a sofa you lose 15% of the original price even if it was on the same day!!! Every other furniture store offers you a grace period to return free of charge except this store. Keep in mind that most of their couches come in 1 piece and they often don’t fit through the doors or hallways which forces customers to return the couch and pay the company 15% which is RIDICULOUS. Avoid at all cost
Not helpful and rude manager. The staff is not well trained and didn’t know how to help me.
Shopping at Urban Barn is always a pleasant experience, especially when it comes to how everything is placed, it is a very lovely environment. However, we went there a week or two ago and our experience wasn’t as good. We were greeted by a middle age man who seemed to be very nice and was quite talkative but after a while it felt like we were being chased.
