Jamais plus au Urban Barn dix30. Je suis allée lundi 1er décembre pour faire des achats. Ils m’ont chargé 2 fois ma commande, chose que je me suis aperçue 7 jours plus tard. Il est clair qu’ils ne balançaient pas à la fin de la journée et ils n’ont fait aucune action en ce sens. Une chance que je vérifie mes relevés…quand j’ai appelé, oui ils m’ont remboursé, mais ils m’ont chargé deux fois mon sac (ils n’ont pas remboursé ce montant). I didn’t like the material of one item i ordered online, has bad quality , nor what i expected and I asked for an exchange of products and it was denied, very disappointing because I’m a regular client for this store!
