Really nice store! Everything staged elegantly. They have nice stuff and the staff are super helpful!
I was treated very well and very professionally. Maria and myself are very excited waiting for our Dinning table to be delivered . We will love it . Thanks again for your excellent customer service
Went in looking for counter stools after viewing their website. Great selection and Jake was very helpful. Bought 2 stools. Now just waiting for 1 to be brought in from another store. They were on sale too! Also bought a lovely lap blanket as a gift.
I was a little disappointed with the customer service I received. I went in and purchased glassware and coffee mugs for my new home. I got home (don't live in London) I opened the boxes only to realize they are the wrong glassware. I called the store and the lady on the other end was very polite and said they would set aside what I needed. Next day I drive back to the store, exchange my glassware and chipped mug, and I asked if there was any compensation for my hassle/mistake on their part and was told "no, I don't think so"... read more
