The staff in the store are great. What I really want to talk about is the delivery and warranty service. Our furniture was delivered with some damage. The delivery clerk immediately took photos and opened a ticket. We had brand new furniture within two weeks. All I had to do was make one phone call to get that done. Also free five year warranty… Outstanding service!

One of my fav furniture stores in London. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Darlene — she helped us pick out our coffee table and end tables, and we absolutely love them! She is so knowledgeable, and really takes her time to explain the quality and care of the pieces my family and I show interest in. Highly recommend!
