I had an excellent experience working with Lisa and Lauren at the Leaside Urban Barn! I was looking for a specific bed and they notified me of an upcoming sale and helped make sure the bed would be delivered when I needed it. They were great!

Buyer beware, we were mislead by a salesperson at the store who told us a piece of furniture was modular and could be effectively taken apart to fit down a narrow staircase in our home. When the furniture arrived that was not the case, and although we were refunded, urban barn has a strict 15% restocking fee for returns which was not returned to us. Our own fault for not cross referencing the assembly instructions well enough, but shady sales practices on their end nonetheless. Wouldn't recommend.

Wonderful customer service and good quality furniture. We dealt with Aruba at the Leaside location, who was lovely. She was kind and patient and spent so much time with us. I will definitely return to purchase other items.
