I recently dropped in to see if they had a furniture piece I was looking for. Unfortunately they didn't but the two women working could not have been more helpful and kind! They were so nice without being pushy at all and were incredibly friendly and warm even when it was obvious I wasn't going to buy anything that day. I had a great chat with both of them and will definitely go back. There were many beautiful pieces in the store (especially some of their outdoor furniture).
Urban Barn welcomes customers with its terrific staff, floor plans and furniture options. Relaxing experience overall.
This store has a great product selection but some of their staff need a refresh in customer service training. I dropped by to look for a new decorative pillow but needed help choosing a color to match my sofa. I found a staff member to help and she agreed then went with me to the product area. I barely had time to show her my choices when she said "just a minute" then walked across the store to talk to a group of people looking at furniture. We’ve made several purchases from the Richmond Hill location over the years and have consistently had excellent experiences, which makes this visit particularly disappointing. We stopped by the Leaside location on Saturday, January 6, to look at a few pieces for a potential future purchase. While a friend was admiring a chair, I mentioned to them that there was a significant crack in the arm. Amazing selection of furniture for all rooms in my home, plus accessories. Staff are very helpful and assisted me with organizing my delivery. Ask about Urban Barns White Glove service. Worth the money. I would highly recommend Urban Barns
