Wow. Buy a couch from UB and get terrible service. A piece on the leg broke (couch I bought less than a year ago) so I called, am told to email with pictures. I did that, got no response. Emailed again, again got no response. Called again, this time, low and behold, she found my email. Then she tells me she can't "get involved" (literally) and that I need to fill out a form at customer service. "Where do I find this form?" "I don't know" was her reply. Unbelievable. Terrible, terrible service.

URBAN BARN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!! We decided to purchase a custom sectional from Urban Barn after losing a lot of our items in a flood. We spent a great deal of time in the store to select the material and finish, as we have cats at home. Since it cost 8K and stores don't typically cover/guarantee animal wear/tear I wanted the specific material I knew would most likely disinterest our cats.
