Order a coffee table online says order has been shipped and will be delivered between 10 to 25 days. 2 months later still no updates. finally decided to contacted them and they said item is not available / damage. why can't you contacted me in the first place and cancelled my order right away?? I dont think it's worth it to have business with this company. waste of time.

Update (August 2025) Just walked out of Urban Barn Laval after receiving phenomenal service. Unlike my experience at the Boisbriand location, I was greeted within seconds and immediately felt welcomed. Even though I arrived close to closing time, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of without rushing me. Thank you, Laval team—you truly never cease to amaze me!

Wow. Buy a couch from UB and get terrible service. A piece on the leg broke (couch I bought less than a year ago) so I called, am told to email with pictures. I did that, got no response. Emailed again, again got no response. Called again, this time, low and behold, she found my email. Then she tells me she can't "get involved" (literally) and that I need to fill out a form at customer service. "Where do I find this form?" "I don't know" was her reply. Unbelievable. Terrible, terrible service.
