Offers a great customer experience. The salesperson was very helpful and found us exactly what we were looking for. Urban Barn offered an excellent warranty on the sofa we were wanting, with many great accent pieces and pillows . I highly recommend this store!

I shop at Urban Barn quite often and usually I love the experience. I fell in love with some wall art that was on display but I was told they couldn't sell it to me. They changed their policy and no longer sell the floor model. Unfortunately the item was on back order so it wasn't available. I am surprised that the store would rather lose a sale and disappoint a customer over a "policy" that makes no sense.
We were very fortunate to deal with Mimi at the Winnipeg location and were so impressed with her knowledge and customer service. We would recommend the store on Kenaston Blvd and Mimi to anyone.
