If I could rate a negative star, I would do so. My experience is 100% identical to that of Scott Anderson below. I too ordered furniture from Urban Barn November 15th 2025. At least Scott received a link in the app. I received nothing to follow my order’s progress. As such I had to call and try to figure out when my furniture would arrive when the promised date came and went. I was initially given an estimate for mid- January. It’s now mid-February. Although my purchasing experience was fairly good at the Kenston store, my experience with this company to actually deliver the furniture that I ordered is BEYOND HORRIBLE. I purchased several pieces of furniture mid-November and paid for it the same day. They said I could follow the progress of delivery by a link that was provided to me. The first app update indicated that it was on the way and expected delivery date was December 14. I bought 20 Xmas tree ornaments Dec 29th evening and staff noticed a blemish on 2, they informed me and I picked new ones. They also carefully packed each one. I was very impressed! Thank you!
