I ordered 4 items, I received 3 and they were all broken.
I was interested in the scalloped tree collar and I was happy to find it on sale when I stopped in. I love the way it finishes off my tree.
Although I love their products and designs, dealing with them when it comes to delivery is so frustrating! They lie to you with complete confidence. I received an email over a week ago saying my items had arrived at the warehouse and that they would contact me within 72 hours — but they never did! When I followed up, they claimed to have contacted me twice that day, which is absolutely untrue. We never received any call or message!
Went to store today to look and shop. Did not receive any customer service 4 employees wee standing at the counter. Two other people beside me got customer service. Will not be back to purchase.
I always love going into Urban Barn. The Kenaston store is laid out well, showcasing so many (if not all) of the items from the website. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.
