Unfortunately what was a great in-store experience has become weeks of not getting any information about where my order of several furniture pieces is. I opened a customer service case with the website over a week ago, no response. I went into the store, a different sales associate was completely indifferent, felt like I was a nuisance and handed me a piece of paper to call. Reached their 3rd party delivery, they claim my order that arrived on 4/23 was missing 1 piece but it coincidentally arrived yesterday on their truck. C... read more
