I was shopping online and noticed an item on sale that showed limited availability. I popped into the store yesterday, and unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Excellent service and beautiful stock!
I recently visited Urban Barn with my husband to purchase new curtains, and unfortunately our experience with the customer service was very disappointing. When we first entered the store, every employee except for one completely ignored us. We weren't greeted, acknowledged, or even smiled at, despite several staff members near by.
