Sales person was very helpful and genuine I returned the picture as it didn’t suit. When I asked about another picture that had been on display but not available till July she said the floor model was “gone” I wasn’t offered the chance to buy it 2 days prior. She said she couldn’t sell it. And was on back order. Not sure of circumstances but doesn’t seem right
We purchased the Harriet Chair. It is comfortable and well made. We are happy with the product. I did however have a 10% birthday month discount and was told by the store it could only be applied after the chair was picked up by calling Customer Service. The store personal provided me with a card and phone number to do this. When I contacted Customer Service after we picked up the chair, they shared that the discount can only be applied at the time of purchase.
