Do not purchase or order from urban barn because you will have to chase the warehouse and customer service for a weeks to get your product delivered. The worst customer experience I have ever had, truly.
I ordered a dining set and living room furniture on June 26, six weeks ago. Was told dining set would be ready in two weeks and living room in 8-10 weeks. They said AMJ Van Lines would call me for delivery but I haven’t heard from them. I keep asking for updates and they don’t have one. Was also told the living room furniture wouldn’t be ready until late October (22 weeks). It’s truly terrible service. They keep saying they feel bad, but won’t address any of these issues or offer alternatives. Incredibly disappointed.
