I live a bit over 2 hours from the closest Urban Barn. While I was in the city I stopped by the store, I spotted a end table I wanted to purchase but they said they could not let me buy the end table as it just came in and they do not sell directly to customers. While they said they would order it Urban Barn does not ship to other than their stores. Not knowing when I would be in the city again I did not order and left without purchasing the end table. Just saying Uban Barn you lost out on a sale.
Lovely store with interesting furniture. We were seeking deck furniture options and were too late in the season.
Amazing store and incredible staff, put together a beautiful costal modern living room grouping.
Do not purchase or order from urban barn because you will have to chase the warehouse and customer service for a weeks to get your product delivered. The worst customer experience I have ever had, truly.
