Really rude blonde (or maybe brunette, white woman working alongside a taller white man, I just remember that her mouth showed mostly her upper gums when she spoke) woman working there, asked if I could spend 2 minutes in there waiting for an uber since it was -25C, said no, no loitering. Rolled her eyes. Just so hateful and typical of someone like that.

The store manager's behavior was not only rude but also seemed resistant and dismissive, especially toward us as minority customers.
