We love Urban Barn! The quality, style and value are outstanding! Kristine was such an amazing Salesperson, and we truly enjoyed working with her! She took the time to answer all of our questions, and was very resourceful in helping us find pieces that we were looking for! We happily recommend shopping here, and consider ourselves lifetime customers!
We loved our experience at the store . It started with on line shopping .. the sales ! And it went from there !! Each time we went in to do a pick up , with help from Dalia , we found more items . Then we found the unexpected “Alma chair”. But its not on sale ! Dalia helped out with all her knowledge and much experience , to allow us to get the chair of our dreams ! She is a calming , pleasant, extremely helpful, associate . I don’t think we would have got that chair if not for her . So . Thank you Dalia ! And Urban Barn.
Avoid. We asked to go to the warehouse to make sure the surface finish is what we want before we pay and they ship it for us. The refused saying that even though there’s huge variation in surface finish, AND they have a few tables in the warehouse, they would not let us pick and choose. Basically they want to deceive you into buying some inferior product and if you’re unhappy, 15% restocking fee. Other reviews also talk about poor customer service. Selina was great. She offered me solutions for my home and ensured I was completely satisfied.
Dalia at Urban Barn is amazing! She’s been such a huge help with decorating my home. She really took the time to understand my taste and gave me great advice on picking pieces that work well together. She’s super friendly, patient, and has such a great eye for design. Thanks to her, my place looks so much better and actually feels like home now. If you’re at Urban Barn, definitely ask for Dalia—you’ll be in great hands!
