I usually never leave reviews, but I cannot say enough about working with Melissa (Assistant Manager) at this UB location. She is excellent at the design element of her job; more than that, however, she is truly amazing with customers. She helped me endlessly with my selections (even staying past close to get everything finalized). Sales lady was OK, but did not mention if I went online I could save 10%. I spent over $500.00 so I would have saved $50.00 dollars. Also, their shipping “sucks” - the items are shipped from Vancouver and delivered to a warehouse in West Edmonton (I live in Sherwood Park). They do NOT deliver to the store or your house. If you want the items delivered to your house there is a $99.00 charge just to have the items dropped off on your doorstep and if you actually want them to bring the items in and set them up it is a $199.00 c... read more
