The facility itself is fine and kids enjoy aspects lf kt but like other reviews have mentioned - the staff and management sucks. We are already paying an arm and a leg while being nickled and dimed. You'd think that paying all this money that staff would be helpful when you ask questions or management would set a standard for quality customer service. Its only a matter of time before Urban Air will be Up in Air and no longer around.
What a tremendous difference with new ownership. All the activities are available and working. Clean well staffed with very friendly people. If you haven’t been to the St Charles location in a while it is worth your time to see how much this venue has improved. Great owners great staff great experience. Your kids will have a great time.
My family went during homeschool hours on Friday, and it was clean. Staff members were attentive. Will 100% continue to visit during winter months!
