Absolutely disappointing experience.** We came here expecting a fun time, but it was a total letdown from the moment we walked in. The place was overcrowded, with barely any supervision — kids were running wild and jumping dangerously close to one another. Staff looked completely disinterested and did nothing to enforce any safety rules. Half the trampolines were either worn out or closed off for “maintenance,” and the foam pit smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
