The Team at Urban Accents went above and beyond when we were in a jamb. Not only did the have the product and the quantities that we were looking for, but they also made sure that they could get it in house for our ship date to the show at CES in Las Vegas. such an amazing team and pleasure to work with.
We love our new couch! UA were professional and so helpful with us choosing a couch. And it was completed before the 12 week deadline. They were flexible and they corrected their mistake fast and personal delivered us a new cushion. My best friend loves the couch so much that she asked for a referral. Thanks UA. Job well done.
Worked with Kat to purchase the Crimson. As you can see, they look great! Was supportive in helping me ensure it was right for my kitchen and when there was an issue with one of them, promptly addressed it. How a business deals product issues tells you a lot about them. Would visit again.
