Have been going for the past 2 years spending 3K every trip out there every month but sadly will not be going back. The person who helped us was horrible & lazy didn’t want to show any products bc “there’s to many flavors for me to carry” definitely miss katt she was such a helpful barista there sad to hear she is no longer there.
I was very much disappointed in my first visit here. Not with the business but with the bud tender. I went in and had the items I wanted in my shopping cart as I was slightly overwhelmed with the environment and figured be prepared when I made it to the counter. I asked for 1 of the 2 items I desired and no problem but when I asked for the 2nd item I was told it was out of stock and then was attempted to be up sold for a more expensive item. I had a great experience thanks to Isaiah, the budtender. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. His friendly attitude made the whole experience comfortable and easy, especially if you’re unsure about what to choose. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction and knows his products well. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service Isaiah provided.
Bri was super chill and made the whole experience really easy for my fiancée and me. She was patient, answered all our questions without rushing us, and really broke down the different strains and products so we actually understood what we were getting. She gave us great recommendations and made sure we left with everything we needed. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and not just rushing through a sale. Definitely coming back because of her!
