I enjoyed numerous massage treatments from Alec after I was in an accident. Alec went about massages that always helped reduce my pain and made me feel rejuvenated. She goes about her work quietly with precision. I was always shocked she could hone in on muscle cramps and tweak them to relieve the tension. I have had numerous massages in my life and I would put Alec at the top in terms of relieving pain and tension in muscles.
