Back glass replaced on iPhone 13 Pro Max. One week later, phone fell from car seat onto mud and the back glass cracked from the side to the camera. Returned to store and asked for inspection and glass type used. Shop guy refused to inspect or disclose the glass and offered no help. Charged $200 for the glass and didn’t wanted to let me inspect the quality of glass used, being so defensive and rude tells how doughy he is not even looked at the rather left the store unattended while I was standing there. Don’t go to him people
