Absolutely stay away. I am still chasing up $1000 bond return OVER A MONTH LATER. Keep getting excuses it's unbelievable. My next step will be a complaint to fair trading NSW.
Absolutely horrendous service both with organising collection and then deposit return. I still have not received 25 business days later.
This business knowingly supplied a defective vehicle and did not offer any resolution until five days into an eight-day rental. The only option provided was a possible vehicle swap, without consideration for the time and inconvenience involved. When the vehicle was returned, no reimbursement or compensation was offered. While the check-in and check-out process was quick, the location was convenient, and the price was slightly cheaper (about $70 less than major rental companies), the overall experience was poor. Relocated a car with UR Drive through IMoova. As recommended, I got full rental insurance through their recommended supplier because we couldn’t be fully covered by them. As the car was being relocated from a closed location, we picked up the car through a third party rental company. During our trip (Perth to Adelaide) we must’ve got a chip in the windscreen. The day we got to Adelaide the chip cracked down the windscreen, so we returned the car early knowing the crack would get worse if we continued to drive. Again returned... read more
