I saw Dr. Ellen for an ankle sprain and shin splints. She was thorough and thoughtful in her assessments and when choosing exercises for me. We were able to find a treatment plan that was very effective and that worked well for my lifestyle. I am so happy to be playing soccer again and running pain free (for the first time ever)! I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Ellen for any PT needs! The location is very convenient and street parking is easy
Ellen is a fantastic physical therapist! I'm a physical therapist and I worked with Ellen during my pregnancy and early postpartum. Ellen is so incredibly thoughtful with her assessment, interventions, and exercise prescription. I'd absolutely go back to see Ellen again for any of my own PT needs in the future.
I work with Ellen at Upward and have been so grateful for her support and patience! She really knows her stuff and has been super helpful in my recovery. The location has been easy for me to get to as a Southend resident and always has parking out front. 10/10 recommend!
