If I could give a Zero I would. First I paid the deposit and they confirmed just to not show up the day of the event and then going to say I didn’t pay the rest when they never contacted me to pay the rest or anything. They offered to let me have the bus for the next day, but I did not need it for the next day. I asked for a refund of my deposit 2wks ago and still have yet to receive it. The driver, Sean was great. He picked us up on time and was very accommodating. The bus was clean and the ride was smooth. The reason I gave 4 stars was because I reached out to the company about 3 times with no response back. Luckily things worked out but I would hate if it were an emergency as no one ever returned my call and text.
Absolutely Horrible Experience — Avoid at All Costs I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience with Uptown Bus was so frustrating and disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. First of all, the staff was shockingly rude. When I called to ask a simple question about our pick-up location, I was met with pure attitude.
