Great experience with this company. I got a 24 passenger bus for a birthday party. They had the best price out of all companies in the area and had great customer service. My driver Gary was excellent!
used uptown party bus services for a company outing. we had a blast; Jared our driver was great; he went well above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and so much fun. Customer service great and response quick. will definitely use uptown bus services for our next event.
If I could give a Zero I would. First I paid the deposit and they confirmed just to not show up the day of the event and then going to say I didn’t pay the rest when they never contacted me to pay the rest or anything. They offered to let me have the bus for the next day, but I did not need it for the next day. I asked for a refund of my deposit 2wks ago and still have yet to receive it. I emailed and even texted the number that I Zelle’d my deposit to. This is so unprofessional and now I’m going to have to take legal action... read more
